Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

8 oz macaroni (2 cups uncooked) 4 cups cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk 1.5 cups milk
2 eggs 1/2 lb bacon (optional)
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper

Cook the noodles al-dente. Cook the bacon and crumble or cut it into bite size pieces.
Add all ingredients to the crockpot in layers reserving 1 cup of cheese.
Top the mixture with the last cup of cheese.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Note that this recipe can be doubled as long as your crockpot will hold it.
I did this and just had to cook it on high for the last 2-3 hours to get it to "setup".
