| 8 oz macaroni (2 cups uncooked) | 4 cups cheddar cheese |
| 1 can evaporated milk | 1.5 cups milk |
| 2 eggs | 1/2 lb bacon (optional) |
| 1 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp pepper |

Cook the noodles al-dente. Cook the bacon and crumble or cut it into bite size pieces. Add all ingredients to the crockpot in layers reserving 1 cup of cheese. Top the mixture with the last cup of cheese. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Note that this recipe can be doubled as long as your crockpot will hold it. I did this and just had to cook it on high for the last 2-3 hours to get it to "setup". |
