Beer Bread Recipe


Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour 1 12-oz can beer
2 Tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted

In a bowl, combine the all ingredients except butter, mixing well.
Turn into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan and pour melted butter over dough.
Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
