Pork Tenderloin
with
Herbs and New Potatoes


Ingredients

1/3 cup dry white wine 1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper
1 10.5 oz can chicken broth 4 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp paprika  

Mix marinade and pour it over meat.
Put in a ziploc bag overnight in the fridge (turn once).

Bake at 375 about 1.5 hours.
Add new potatoes when 1/2 done (they take about 30 mins)
