Basic Meatballs


Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef 1/4 cup or 1 small chopped Onion
1/4 cup milk 1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 c dry bread crumbs 3/4 tsp salt
1 T Worcestershire Sauce  
  • Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1.5" balls (try using a cookie scoop).
  • Skillet: Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a pan. Cook meatballs over medium heat for 20 mins or until brown.
  • Oven: Place meatballs in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degress for 20 mins or until lightly browned.
